Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field

3–6 years' experience in Project/Program Management for digital or automation initiatives

Proven experience delivering RPA projects using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere

Strong understanding of:

RPA lifecycle & development best practices

Business process re-engineering & Lean methodologies

IT governance frameworks (ITIL/COBIT)

Excellent communication & stakeholder alignment skills across global teams

Strong analytical ability & problem-solving mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix global structure

Preferred

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master certifications

UiPath Automation Business Analyst or Solution Delivery credentials

Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environment (Finance, Supply Chain, HR)

Knowledge of related technologies: OCR, Document Understanding, APIs, Low-Code/No-Code

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

  • Manage full project lifecycle using Waterfall/Agile delivery frameworks
  • Define scope, timelines, budget, and measurable success criteria
  • Conduct discovery, process qualification, and opportunity assessment
  • Ensure delivery quality aligned with CoE governance, coding standards, and security controls
  • Maintain and report project artifacts: RAID logs, communication plans, benefits tracking, etc.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, release management, and project closure
  • Monitor post-go-live performance & manage hypercare

Stakeholder & Business Engagement

  • Build strong partnerships with functional leaders and process owners
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and solution design reviews
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications with RPA BAs & Developers
  • Influence stakeholders toward standardization, simplification, and automation readiness

Governance, Compliance, & Continuous Improvement

  • Enforce automation pipeline governance (demand intake → prioritization → implementation)
  • Conduct risk/impact assessments and align with IT security & compliance standards (SOX, ITGC)
  • Drive RPA adoption, automation mindset, and change management initiatives
  • Support KPI reporting: cost savings, productivity, digital workforce uptime, SLA success

Vendor & Resource Management

  • Coordinate workload with internal RPA delivery teams
  • Oversee contract deliverables, cost utilization, and performance tracking
  • Support capacity planning and skills development for automation resources

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php80,000.00 per month
