Ito ay sang Project-Employment para sa 1 taon. Makakatanggap ka ng mga benepisyo na alinsunod sa mandato ng gobyerno batay sa icon bahagi. Makakatanggap ka rin ng 5 Service Incentive Leave maatapos ang 1 taon na tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo, at mayroon kang accident insurance mula sa unang araw ng pagtatrabaho para sa kompanya.

Pangkalahatang Layunin:

Ang Foreman ay responsable sa pangangasiwa, koordinasyon, at pagpapasimuno ng mga gawain sa construction site upang matiyak ang maayos, ligtas, at epektibong pagpapatupad ng proyekto alinsunod sa plano, iskedyul, at kalidad na pamantayan.

Mga Tungkulin at Responsibilidad:

  • Mangasiwa at mag-coordinate ng mga gawain sa construction site, kabilang ang pagtuturo sa mga manggagawa at subcontractors
  • Siguraduhing nasusunod ang mga plano, specifications, at safety protocols sa bawat yugto ng proyekto
  • Mag-monitor ng progreso ng trabaho at mag-report sa project manager tungkol sa status, mga isyu, at pangangailangan
  • Mag-atas at mag-supervise sa araw-araw na gawain ng mga manggagawa upang masiguro ang kalidad at produktibidad
  • Mag-organisa ng mga materyales, kagamitan, at tauhan para sa epektibong pagpapatupad ng trabaho
  • Makipag-ugnayan sa mga supplier, subcontractors, at iba pang stakeholder upang mapanatili ang maayos na daloy ng proyekto

Kwalipikasyon:

  • Nagtapos ng kurso sa Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, o katulad na larangan
  • May malawak na karanasan sa larangan ng konstruksyon, partikular sa pamumuno ng team
  • May mahusay na kaalaman sa mga pamamaraan, kagamitan, at safety standards sa konstruksyon
  • May mahusay na pakikipag-ugnayan at kakayahang pamunuan ang isang team
  • Marunong magbasa at intindihin ang mga plano at technical drawings
  • May kakayahang magtrabaho sa ilalim ng presyon at may mahusay na organisasyon
  • Magpatupad at mag-monitor ng mga quality control measures upang masiguro ang kalidad ng gawa
  • Magpatupad ng mga hakbang upang maiwasan ang mga abala at masolusyunan ang mga problemang maaaring lumitaw sa site

Karagdagang Kasanayan:

  • Pagsunod sa mga regulasyon ng Occupational Safety and Health Standards
  • Kaalaman sa paggamit ng mga software tulad ng MS Project, AutoCAD, o katulad na tools (piliin kung kinakailangan)

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php30, Php31,000.00 per month
