Ito ay isang Project-Employment para sa 1 taon. Makakatanggap ka ng mga benepisyo na alinsunod sa mandato ng gobyerno batay sa icon bahagi. Makakatanggap ka rin ng 5 Service Incentive Leave maatapos ang 1 taon na tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo, at mayroon kang accident insurance mula sa unang araw ng pagtatrabaho para sa kompanya.

Pangunahing Tungkulin:

Ang Leadman ay responsable sa pagmamanman, pagsuporta, at pagtutok sa mga manggagawa sa larangan upang masigurong nasusunod ang mga plano, iskedyul, at pamantayan sa kalidad sa lahat ng aspeto ng proyekto. Siya ang nagsisilbing pangunahing tauhan sa field na nag-uugnay sa site supervisor at mga manggagawa upang masiguro ang maayos at ligtas na operasyon.

Mga Responsibilidad:

  • Tumulong sa pagsasakatuparan ng mga gawain ayon sa plano at iskedyul ng proyekto.
  • Magbigay ng gabay at instruksyon sa mga manggagawa sa tamang pamamaraan at safety procedures.
  • Bantayan at tiyakin na nasusunod ang mga pamantayan sa kalidad, kaligtasan, at kalinisan sa site.
  • Mag-inspeksyon sa mga materyales at kagamitan bago gamitin.
  • Mag-report sa site supervisor tungkol sa progreso, problema, at mga isyu na kailangang aksyunan.
  • Tumulong sa pagpapanatili ng maayos na daloy ng trabaho sa site.
  • Magpatupad ng mga safety protocols at tiyakin na lahat ay nakasuot ng angkop na PPE.
  • Tumulong sa pagtuturo at pagpapalaganap ng tamang pamamaraan sa trabaho sa mga bagong empleyado.

Kwalipikasyon:

  • May karanasan sa construction site o katulad na larangan.
  • Marunong sa paggamit ng mga pangunahing kagamitan at makina.
  • May malawak na pang-unawa sa mga proseso sa konstruksyon.
  • May kasanayan sa pamumuno at pakikipag-ugnayan sa team.
  • May kaalaman sa kaligtasan sa trabaho at mga regulasyon.
  • Masipag, responsable, at may magandang attitude sa trabaho.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
