Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and at least 5 years of solid experience in financial analysis within a reputable company. This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct budget analysis and monitor variances against actual performance.
  • Perform sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare and manage Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
  • Execute bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Generate commission reports and validate calculations.
  • Develop and maintain management reports, including business performance dashboards and financial KPIs.
  • Provide business analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for reporting.
  • Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and modeling activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a reputable organization.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present financial data clearly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
