Admissions Staff

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for nurturing leads and potential new families / parents who are interested to enroll their children in our school. Tasks include, but not limited to: conducting school tours, attending admissions driven events, etc.)
• Provides strategic ideas and suggestions relative to the company's student intake programs and to ensure proper activity documentation via the schools online CRM platforms.
• To convert quality inquiries to successful enrollees (via online and offline channels such as social media, websites, walk-in, phone-in, open-house sessions, trial classes, etc.)
• To handle Q&A sessions with those inquiring individuals with excellence, using answers that are aligned with the approved communication plans.
• To ensure that the established protocols and process flows in admissions are adhered to including potential liaison work with the academic team and other support staff.
• Assist the Marketing department in their thrust to increase awareness through external activations that translate into inquiries/enrollment.
• Enhanced organizational image/reputation.
• Provide oral and written translation services for both the school and new and existing Chinese families with regard to all the line items above as well as other school services and communications deemed necessary by management.

• Fluent in Mandarin Language
• Knowledgeable in writing Simplified Chinese
• Good organization and time management skills

• Able to work independently
• Internet and social media savvy (Proficient in Microsoft Office)
• Highly creative and keen to details
• Design skills including graphics and web design​ are a plus​
• With strong presentation and networking skills
• ​Has a​ good moral character and is a​n excellent ​team player
• With relevant experience
