Job Summary:

The Office Engineer supports project teams by coordinating technical and administrative functions, managing documentation, and ensuring that project tasks are executed efficiently and according to specifications. This role serves as a vital link between the field team, project management, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Review technical drawings and documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
  • Support procurement efforts including material tracking and order coordination.
  • Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
  • Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in engineering or construction projects (entry-level roles may not require experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
