Job Responsibilities
What will your normal day look like:
The People Services Manager is a key contributor to the success of TSI and its employees. With a priority focus on people services in the Philippine Office, the People Services Manager oversees the delivery and execution of employment matters such as case management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, processes and policies, including effective change and embedment of new process and policies, and ensure that all practices are compliant and in line with the Philippine legislative requirements and business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably in a BPO or Manufacturing setting
- At least 5 years of HR Manager experience in a different industry
- 2-3 years of leadership experience managing teams or functions
- Certified Human Resource professional preferred
- Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Experience in project management is an advantage
Core Competencies:
- Compliance & Discipline Management Processes (BP)
- Employee Services Management
- HR Information Systems (HRIS)
