POSITION SUMMARY

The Project-Based Compliance Training Administrator supports the Compliance Department in the implementation and monitoring of mandatory regulatory training programs. This role involves uploading training materials and assessments to the Learning Management System (LMS) or other designated platforms, ensuring accurate participant enrollment, tracking completion status, generating compliance reports, and maintaining training records in line with internal and regulatory standards.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


• At least two (2) years of college education or completion of a relevant vocational course

• Open to fresh graduates

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic database management

• Experience with LMS platforms or e-learning systems is an advantage but not required

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks

• Able to work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

• Can start as soon as possible

• Computer Literacy – Proficient in basic office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Excel Proficiency – Able to prepare tracking sheets, summary tables, and completion reports

• Online System Familiarity – Capable of uploading files, monitoring completion, and navigating LMS or shared drives

• Communication Skills – Coordinates effectively with Compliance, HR, and other stakeholders

• Recordkeeping – Maintains organized, audit-ready folders containing screenshots, reports, and attendance proofs

• Confidentiality – Handles sensitive regulatory and employee information with discretion

• Organization and Attention to Detail – Ensures uploaded content, attendance lists, and training results are accurate and properly documented
