Training Strategy & Program Development

  • Identify training needs at organizational, departmental, and individual levels.

  • Design competency-based training programs aligned with business goals.

  • Develop training calendars, materials, and modules for Branch Operations functions.

  • Ensure continuous improvement and relevance of training content.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Conduct learning sessions, workshops, simulations, on-the-job coaching, and refresher training.

  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts for technical training content.

  • Manage onboarding training for new hires in branch operations.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, post-training performance, and feedback tools.

  • Measure the impact of training on operational KPIs and branch audit results.

  • Recommend competency development plans for staff based on results.

Operational Alignment & Support

  • Collaborate with Branch Managers and personnel and Operations Managers to identify performance gaps and solutions.

  • Ensure all training supports operational consistency and compliance.

  • Assist in corrective action plans for branches needing performance improvement.

People Development & Engagement

  • Promote a culture of learning, mentorship, and professional growth.

  • Support the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career pathways.

  • Drive initiatives that enhance staff engagement and retention in the Branches.

Budget, Reporting & Governance

  • Manage training budgets and resource allocations effectively.

  • Submit periodic reports on training performance and impact.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

  • With bachelor's degree in business management and any other related business courses.
  • With at least 3-5 years experience in Training.
  • With relevant operational experience.
  • With Strong communication and Leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of learning and development with the current industry practices.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility with changing priorities and in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in managing training budgets and resources.
