Job Details:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations and Project Executive to join our dynamic team. As a market leader in the off-street parking industry, delivers cutting-edge hardware and software solutions across multiple sectors in Australia and New Zealand, from international airports to hotels and apartments. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting project delivery by maintaining oversight of the project portfolio, ensuring documentation accuracy, and facilitating seamless communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Project Support:
· Maintain and update the project portfolio, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
· Track project progress, risks, and milestones across multiple projects.
Administrative Coordination:
· Provide administrative support for project governance meetings, including scheduling, agenda
preparation, and minute-taking.
· Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and summaries.
Stakeholder Engagement:
· Act as a key point of contact for project managers, team leads, and external stakeholders.
· Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all project activities.
Process Improvement:
· Assist in developing and refining project management tools, templates, and processes. · Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio management efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience in project administration, operations, or a related role.
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar).
· Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Familiarity with project management methodologies (PRINCE2 or Agile) is desirable.
· A relevant qualification or experience in business administration, project management, or a related field is a plus.
