About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our team at DKC GROUP INC'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth for the company. This position is based in Davao region.
What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients

Understand client needs and requirements, and proactively provide solutions to meet their objectives

Negotiate and manage contract renewals and expansions to maximize revenue and profitability

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality products and services to clients

Identify new business opportunities and help drive the sales process

Provide regular reporting and analysis on client accounts

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team and the business
What we're looking for

Minimum of 1year of experience in an account management or key account management role, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships

Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Familiarity with the sales and account management processes

Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software
