About the Role

We are looking for a Data Insights & Client Solutions Consultant to support our global clients in analyzing incentive data, configuring workflows, and delivering clear, accurate reports.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in data analysis, reporting, and client communication, who enjoys working with business rules, numbers, and structured processes. You don't need to be a senior manager — but you should be capable of owning your work, talking to clients, and producing high-quality reporting outputs.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, clean, and validate client datasets for incentive or performance reporting.
  • Analyze business rules and convert them into formulas, workflows, and structured reporting logic.
  • Build and deliver recurring client reports with clear metrics, summaries, and insights.
  • Explain data outputs, metrics, and logic to clients in a clear and professional way.
  • Work with clients to troubleshoot report discrepancies or data accuracy concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, development, operations) when addressing system-related issues.
  • Document processes, formulas, and workflow steps for transparency and consistency.
  • Suggest improvements to reporting logic, data handling, or internal processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in data analysis, reporting, business analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong skills in Excel (lookup formulas, pivots, logic functions, error checking).
  • Experience preparing datasets, cleaning data, or handling structured reports.
  • Ability to understand business rules and translate them into formulas or reporting metrics.
  • Strong communication skills — must be able to speak with clients and explain data clearly.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting data issues and working across teams.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), SQL, or SaaS platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver accurate outputs on time.
