About The Team
Scommerce is looking for a strategic
Governance & Insights Business Partner
to join our Partnerships team. This role combines
data-driven analysis, operational governance, and strategic advisory,
with hands-on responsibility for implementing improvements across multiple categories including manpower, assets, packaging, reverse logistics, and warehouse operations. You will
establish and own KPIs,
design and implement best practices and SOPs, lead business reviews, and engage with external stakeholders to ensure governance standards are met. You won't just advise – you will
partner with teams to drive real impact.
Job Description

  • Establish, define, and govern multi-category KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze datasets to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making.
  • Recommend, implement, and monitor operational best practices and SOPs.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
  • Lead business review sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Visit vendors and partners to assess operations and ensure governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-category KPI management, governance, and best practice implementation.
  • Mobile and willing to travel for vendor visits and audits.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
