Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Philippines-based preferred)
Department: Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate pipeline and deal tracking in CRM tools.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and positioning.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
Excellent presentation and communication skills—comfortable speaking to executives, running demos, and articulating value clearly.
Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tracking tools.
