· Sales map monitoring (block & lot)
· Monitoring, Releasing and documentation of refunds, commission, and incentives of agents.
· Ensure account of buyer is current and accurate.
· Develop and maintain filling system- such as client's documents, minutes of meeting.
· Answering query face to face of phone/email/chat/online query.
· Welcoming and assisting visitors.
· Operating office equipment.
· Coordination with the Landowners for project development, permits, documentation and government agency.
· Coordination with the engineer and architect for the project completion
· Implementation of new admin policies for assigned branch.
· Perform other duties as assigned admin officer/supervisor.
· Accept and issue OR for client's payment.
