Overview

We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional accuracy, strong typing skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Identify, correct, and escalate data errors as needed
  • Organize and maintain digital records and files
  • Generate reports and summaries based on processed data
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
  • Support administrative and data-related tasks as required
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity targets

Qualifications

  • at least 2 years in data entry or a similar role
  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good english communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely

Education Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Office Administration, or any related field

  • Associate degree or vocational certification with relevant data entry experience

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using CRM, ERP, or database management systems
  • Basic understanding of data verification or analysis
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Work Environment

The duties and responsibilities of the position are essentially performed in a normal ONSITE office environment.

Office Location

We are situated at the corner of Rizal Street and Bangoy in Davao City. Our workplace is conveniently accessible by public transportation and is close to fast food outlets, restaurants, hospitals, and shopping centers.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
