About the role

Styrotech Corporation is seeking a dedicated System Support Assistant to join our growing team in Meycauayan City Bulacan. This is a full-time position where you will serve as a key point of contact between end users and IT, ensuring efficient operation and optimal user experience with software and systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide first and second level support for system issues across the organization.
  • Analyze and resolve user-reported issues related to operating systems, applications and other system of the company.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, backups and scheduled tasks.
  • Support enterprise applications, databases, and systems (i.e. ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365).
  • Log and manage support tickets through IT service management systems.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
  • Assist in user account creation, permissions, and system access requests.
  • Work closely with system administrators and developers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in IT support or systems analyst role.
  • Strong Business Acumen and communication skills
