Bartender/Cashier

Job Responsibilities:

• Can handle front-facing and customer-centric roles
• Has a cheerful personality
• Great time management and inventory skills
• Preparing to open and close the store following the assigned checklist.
• Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, brewing methods, quality standards and barista and bartender rules, policies and procedures when preparing drinks.
• Preparing and serving beverages not only related to coffee and cocktails.
• Ensures that the service and counter area as well as the coffee machines, bar equipment, water filters, blenders, cups are cleaned and well maintained.
• Taking orders and processing payment of customers, Operating cash register, POS, and credit card terminals.
• Cleaning of service and counter area.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient level of inventory to ensure smooth service.
• Experience in the coffee and/or cocktail industry is a plus

Staffed Hours:

• 8-10 hour shifts / Flexible shift
• Possibility of rotational shift
• Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays) in San Fernando, Pampanga
• Staffed hours are subject to change based on season and scheduled events.
• Can do early and/or late night shifts
