The Sales-Admin Staff provides administrative and clerical support to the Sales Team to ensure smooth sales operations. The role involves handling sales documentation, coordinating with clients and internal departments, monitoring sales records, and assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, process, and maintain sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery receipts, and contracts
  • Assist the Sales Team in monitoring sales orders, deliveries, and collections
  • Coordinate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and basic inquiries
  • Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and filing systems (manual and digital)
  • Update sales reports, trackers, and inventory-related documents
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Warehouse, and Logistics for order fulfillment and billing
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, sales appointments, and follow-ups
  • Handle basic customer service concerns and endorse complex issues to the Sales Team
  • Perform general administrative duties such as email handling, document preparation, and office coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or administrative support (fresh graduates may apply)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Customer-service oriented and team player
