Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Mentor and lead the marketing team to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and brand collaborators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing management experience, including at least 2 years handling large, well-known brands.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media ad platforms).
  • Ability to translate brand vision into effective campaigns with measurable results.
