Job Summary

Marketing Supervisor is in-charge with the overall operations and supervision of different marketing activities aligned with the corporate and brand image, competitive and market positioning of the entire business portfolio and departmental procedures and processes.

What are the Skills Qualifications?

  • Develops and manages branch marketing and communication plans and programs to achieve the set targets
  • Monitoring spending on marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are within the department's budget.
  • Conducting store visits to monitor the implementation of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitor/document branch promotional activities and partnership events
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions
  • Directly manages the Marketing Staff and marketing operations of business unit's branches

What are the Key Responsibilities?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or graduate of any business related course
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, and content creation
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills and experience
  • With experience in Event Management, marketing communications, digital marketing and market research.
  • Creative in marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Willing to be assigned in Caloocan City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
