Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within the assigned area.
  • Ensure all outlets consistently deliver excellent customer service and product quality.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Lead, train, and motivate Store Managers and staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to maintain company standards.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues that are escalated beyond store management.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on staffing, training, and employee relations matters.
  • Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to management.
  • Support the roll-out of new products, promotions, and marketing activities across outlets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least
    3–5 years of experience
    in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage/retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
