Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and driven Management Trainees to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who have shown EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE in school and are eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a structured training program designed to develop your leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You will be exposed to various aspects of the business, with the goal of preparing you for future leadership and management roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program covering different areas of operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, campaigns, and daily operations.
  • Collaborate with different teams to learn about the company's processes and strategies.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop leadership and management skills through on-the-job training and mentoring.
  • Support managers in decision-making and contribute innovative ideas for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related courses (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Exemplary academic performance and active participation in school organizations is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership potential, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and resourceful.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
