BILLING AND COLLECTION ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT

  1. JOB DESCRIPTION
  2. Assist Accountant in the preparation of sales invoice.

  3. BILLING AND COLLECTION

  4. Assist Accountant in receiving collections and/or certificate of withholding tax (CWT) from customers.Assist Accountant in the preparation of sales invoice.

    1. Assist Accountant in the preparation of Accounts Receivable (AR) >Assist Accountant in receiving collections and/or certificate of monitoring schedule and collection list.

    3. Coordinate with customer any discrepancy noted between OR details >Assist Accountant in the preparation of Accounts Receivable (AR) versus sales invoice, check and/or CWT.

QUALIFICATIONS

  3. Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent course

  5. Bachelor's degree qualification is required for this position
  6. Teamplayer
  7. Organized and analytic

  8. Other adhoc activities that will be needed to assist Accounting Manager.


  9. Has eagerness to learn and productive
  10. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
