We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads that convert into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation strategies, including paid ads, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Create and maintain the company's brand voice and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and achieving growth targets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo) is a plus.
