About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you'll manage a team of specialists and drive performance across campaigns, content, and lead generation strategies. Your ability to lead teams, use data to drive decisions, and deliver results that move the needle will be key to success in this role.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years' experience in marketing management or digital leadership roles
• Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads
• Skilled in KPI-driven strategy and performance metric analysis
• Proven team leadership and people management experience
• Background in BPO, outsourcing, or B2B environments
• Experience collaborating with international teams (US, UK, Canada, or AU preferred)
• Familiar with Asana or similar project management tools (e.g., Trello, )
• Worked in fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up companies
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
• Results-focused with a drive for continuous improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity
• Willing to work onsite (IT Park, Cebu City)

Performance Measurement

• Achievement of campaign ROI and conversion targets. (e.g., Lead volume, Cost per Lead and Cost of Client Acquisition (CAC))
• Growth in qualified leads and customer acquisition metrics.
• Team performance and engagement.
• ·Quality and timeliness of marketing project delivery.
• Stakeholder satisfaction and communication effectiveness.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Campaigns, and Content Marketing.
• Manage and mentor a Cebu-based team of five marketing specialists, providing direction, support, and development.
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, including Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC), Conversion Rates, and ROI.
• Prepare and present regular reports and insights using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Paid Media dashboards.
• Oversee the planning and coordination of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
• Manage the optimisation of landing pages, email marketing flows, and advertising campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and content.
• Ability to prioritise resources and push back to internal requests that don't deliver to overarching goals
