Description

We are looking for a strategic and adaptable Marketing Manager to lead lead generation and foster marketing strategies not only for our core business but also for a diverse portfolio of B2B client accounts. This person will play a crucial role in managing and executing multifaceted marketing campaigns that enhance engagement, brand visibility, and conversion rates for both our internal projects and our clients' ambitions. The position requires a combination of creativity, analytical prowess, and excellent client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies, focusing on educational content and lead generation through SEO, tailored to both the company\'s and clients\' business goals.
  • Coordinate and promote events and podcasts, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and engagement for various target audiences.
  • Design and manage personalized email nurturing sequences for multiple clients, aligning them with sales funnels and conversion objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging website and social media content across various client projects, ensuring consistent brand messaging and user interaction.
  • Expertly manage HubSpot for campaign automation, CRM activities, and lead tracking across multiple client accounts.
  • Plan, design, and manage advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms, including strategic planning, budget allocation, performance tracking, and optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with specialized contractors to address diverse marketing needs, ensuring their work aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to analyze marketing campaigns and deliver actionable insights across multiple client projects.
  • Strong marketing reporting skills, with the ability to tailor reports for specific clients or stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading multiple marketing campaigns for different clients simultaneously.
  • Proficient in email and blog writing, with versatility to adapt tone and style for various B2B audiences.
  • Basic graphic design skills, capable of creating visually appealing material for different target demographics.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, with the ability to manage complex campaigns and client activities within the platform.
  • Experience managing diverse marketing formats, including podcasts, content creation, and social media.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, including CMOs and freelancers, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Client-oriented, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Lead generation and developing marketing strategies for both the company and B2B client accounts.
  • Marketing for service-based businesses, especially within professional services.
  • Experience as a marketing consultant managing multiple clients.
  • Event organization, including podcasts and webinars.
