HIRING: Team Leader (RCM – Healthcare Account)

Location: Taguig

Work Setup: Onsite (with online/onsite assessment and interview)

Schedule: Shifting (including weekends and holidays)

Salary: PHP 50,000 – 55,000 (All-in, depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or higher; certifications in medical billing or healthcare administration are an advantage
  • 3–5 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of RCM processes: charge entry, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up
  • Experience in a call center environment handling billing-related inbound/outbound calls
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in billing software and MS Office tools

Important: Candidates who process their application onsite will be considered for one-day hiring.
