Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become part of our dynamic and expanding team. As a CSR, you'll serve as the primary contact for customers, handling questions, offering product or service details, and ensuring a seamless experience across various channels—phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions.

The right candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional support. You'll work closely with internal teams to address customer needs, accurately record communications, manage service requests, escalate complex concerns, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and effective support to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products or services
  • Engage with customers through multiple platforms: phone, email, chat, and in-person
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests
  • Escalate challenging cases to the appropriate teams as needed
  • Ensure follow-up to confirm problems are fully resolved
  • Partner with colleagues to continuously improve service workflows

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Excellent listening and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to stay composed and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to grow
