Handles the full life-cycle recruitment including applicant sourcing, resume screening, skills assessments, interviews, and background checks for new hires. Proven track record of closing open hiring as a recruiter, has an extensive network of professionals in preferably in an IT related industry hiring various positions from non-technical to technical professionals.

  • Graduate of 4-year course, preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management with at least 2 years experience in high volume recruitment.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Ensure all job vacancies and candidates are fully assessed and processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all hiring are completed and closed based on turn-around-time.
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various in-person and online events—such as job fairs, job caravans, on-campus recruiting events
  • Posses good communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to coordinate and collaborate with all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and a team player. Experience in other hr related facets is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
