MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research, Documentation, and Technical Writing

  • Conducts research on various topics, including People-related subjects, policies, and trends.
  • Drafts and updates process documents, manuals, and guidelines for the People Department.
  • Prepares detailed technical reports and process documentation as required.
  • Ensures that all documentation is up to date and organized in relevant platforms such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or other productivity tools.

Project and Task Coordination

  • Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the People Department.
  • Manages project timelines and ensures deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Regularly communicates with project leaders, internal teams, and external partners regarding the status of ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Tracks progress, maintains records, and generates reports as needed to update key stakeholders.

Support for People Internal Team

  • Aids in developing presentations, reports, and project materials for internal and external use. Assists in organizing and managing schedules, meetings, and appointments for the VP People and People Internal members.
  • Communicates effectively with employees, stakeholders, and external partners regarding department-related updates, programs, and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Amenable to work from 9AM - 6PM.
  • Amenable to report onsite to Makati every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
