Job Description:

Are you ready to begin your journey in Human Resources? Expressions Stationery Shop Inc. is looking for passionate and driven HR interns to join our team at the Makati Head Office. As an HR intern, you will be assigned to work directly with the HR director. This internship offers a meaningful opportunity to apply your academic learning to real-world HR functions and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities (based on assigned facet):

  • Talent Acquisition: Assist with job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment documentation.
  • Employee Engagement: Support in planning and executing wellness and employee engagement activities.
  • Training and Development: Help organize training sessions, update training records, and assist in evaluating learning outcomes.
  • Employee Relations / Compliance: Support in documenting employee concerns, researching labor law guidelines, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, assist with HR reports, and support day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn in a professional environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • With communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
