What is this role about?
The role will manage the dealership's customer relationship management system to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

What will YOU do?

  • Oversee and maintain the CRM database to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Develop and implement CRM campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat business
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Monitor CRM performance metrics and generate actionable insights for improvement
  • In charge with the activation of the BYD App
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards

What will YOU need?

  • At least 2 years of experience within the same role - preferably from the automotive industry
  • Willing to be assigned in San Fernando/Bauang, La Union
