Job Description:
1. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
2. Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
3. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
4. Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization and execution for business growth.
5. Collaborating with company managers to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
6. Researching prospects and generating leads.
7. Making cold calls to qualify leads, arrange meetings. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
8. Meeting with potential customers to present company offerings, act as their consultant and negotiate business deals.
9. Understanding prospects needs and problems. And explaining how our solutions align with their pain points.
10. Preparing weekly objectives on how to achieve your sales goals and monthly target.
11. Creating activity reports, action plans and calendars to facilitate dally activity recording, generation of leads and closing of deals.
12. Achieving the management monthly sales goal and month target
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
2. 3 years Proven Track Record experience In Demonstrated success in business development roles, sales, or client relationship management.
3. Effective communication, Interpersonal and negotiating skills.
4. Ability to take Initiative and Work Independently with Outstanding Interpersonal Skills.
5. Ability to Maintain a Positive Relationship with Clients and Colleagues.
6. Willing to do field work or travel as needed for client meetings and business opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
