Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quantity and quality match delivery receipts or purchase orders
- Record discrepancies and report damaged or missing items to supervisors
- Tag, label, and organize items in storage areas or shelves
- Assist in inventory audits and stocktaking activities
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in work areas
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery personnel for smooth operations
- Support packing and dispatching of items when needed
Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate; some roles prefer 2-year course completion
- Experience in inventory or warehouse work is an advantage (1 year preferred)
- Physically fit and able to lift or move items
- Willing to work extended hours or shifting schedules
- Detail-oriented and able to follow special instructions
- Basic knowledge of item handling and packaging

- Basic computer literacy (for encoding/checking systems)
