Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hands-on training for new and existing store staff covering store operations, customer service, kitchen procedures, and food preparation standards.
  • Train newly hired employees during store openings or as assigned by management to ensure full operational readiness.
  • Demonstrate proper cooking techniques, portioning, plating, and food handling in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
  • Orient store teams on daily operations procedures, including order taking, service flow, sanitation, and equipment use.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety, and cleanliness protocols across all branches.
  • Monitor trainees' performance and progress during the training period and provide feedback and recommendations to the Operations Department.
  • Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams regarding training schedules, manpower readiness, and post-training evaluation.
  • Assist in the development or improvement of training materials, checklists, and standard recipes as needed.
  • Support newly opened stores by staying on-site during the soft opening and turnover phase to guide staff through actual operations.
  • Perform follow-up visits or retraining sessions in existing stores as directed, ensuring consistent operational and service standards.
  • Report training activities, outcomes, and any observed operational issues to the immediate supervisor or Operations Head.
  • Promote teamwork and a culture of excellence among store employees during and after the training period.
