DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales and Inventory Management:

  • Ensure sales quotas and targets are consistently met by monitoring store performance and supporting agency-hired staff to meet sales goals.
  • Conduct regular sales monitoring and submit daily and monthly sales reports categorized by product and stock levels.
  • Coordinate and implement sales targets with store teams, providing guidance and support to meet established goals.

2. Customer Service and Support:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service in all assigned stores by training and guiding staff on customer interaction and service excellence.
  • Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Work with agency-hired staff in enhancing the customer experience in line with the brand's values.

3. Merchandising and Display:

  • Maintain brand standards in merchandise display by conducting store visits and ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • Ensure that visual merchandising is consistent and updated with seasonal promotions and product launches.

4. Inventory Control:

  • Regularly check stockrooms to ensure adequate stock levels without overstocking or understocking, ensuring stores are well-prepared for customer demand.
  • Conduct routine inventory checks and address any stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by regularly.
  • Attend to inventory checks and pull-outs, ensuring all items are accounted for and stock discrepancies are addressed.
  • Ensure timely collection and submission of swing tags (sold items) to Sales Audit for inventory reconciliation.

5. Promotions and Discounts Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager regarding promotions, discounts, and other sales events.
  • Communicate promotional details to store teams and ensure they are well-informed about ongoing and upcoming promotions.
  • Assist in the setup of flash sales or lobby sales, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with company standards.

6. Stock Delivery and Compliance:

  • Stay informed of stock deliveries and ensure that delivery procedures are followed according to company standards.
  • Work closely with logistics to monitor the timely arrival of inventory and resolve any stock discrepancies.

7. Supervision of Agency-Hired Staff:

  • Supervise the performance of agency-hired Promodisers or store personnel, ensuring alignment with company policies and sales targets.
  • Conduct pep talks to motivate and update agency-hired staff on current sales, promotions, and other updates.
  • Implement orientation and training on standard operating procedures to ensure agency-hired personnel are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

8. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Collect and compile sales reports from Promodisers and submit these to the Area Sales Manager or relevant departments.
  • Monitor and document Promodiser performance, providing feedback and reporting issues to the Area Sales Manager as necessary.

9. Others:

  • Conduct frequent travel to stores within the assigned area for oversight and support.
  • Regularly and promptly liquidate transportation allowances, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations in areas like staffing, stock management, and store concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Sales Manager to support sales targets and operational goals.
