Job Description:
In this position, you will be part of a team handling various aspects of travel operations, including booking, ticketing, reservations, data entry, invoicing, and client communication via email and phone. This role is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills in travel operations, receive daily training, and gain hands-on experience all in a supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Internship or experience in reservations, travel agencies, or hotels is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible with work schedules and willing to work onsite in Makati.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicating with our international network via email and calls
- Be able to communicate with client/s via emails, chat, and calls
- Data encoding
- Online Reservation Management
- Process bookings via email
- Monitor bookings schedules
- Invoice processing
- Virtual card payments process
