Job Description:

In this position, you will be part of a team handling various aspects of travel operations, including booking, ticketing, reservations, data entry, invoicing, and client communication via email and phone. This role is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills in travel operations, receive daily training, and gain hands-on experience all in a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Internship or experience in reservations, travel agencies, or hotels is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible with work schedules and willing to work onsite in Makati.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with our international network via email and calls
  • Be able to communicate with client/s via emails, chat, and calls
  • Data encoding
  • Online Reservation Management
  • Process bookings via email
  • Monitor bookings schedules
  • Invoice processing
  • Virtual card payments process
