Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain organized files and documentation.
Customer Service Assistance:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Update and maintain databases with customer information and feedback.
- Prepare and distribute confirmation emails and itineraries.
Sales Department Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Coordinate sales meetings and follow up on leads.
- Support travel agents with itinerary planning, booking arrangements, and customer inquiries.
Booking Department Duties:
- Assist in processing and managing travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth booking operations.
- Help maintain accurate records of bookings and cancellations.
Visa Department Support:
- Assist clients with visa application processes and requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and procedures.
- Communicate with embassies and consulates as necessary.
Research & Development Department Support:
- Assist the R&D team in developing new travel products, services, or experiences, including researching market trends and customer preferences.
- Coordinate the administration of research projects related to new travel offerings.
- Support the creation of itineraries or travel packages for clients, ensuring all logistics are arranged and documented.
- Help maintain databases that track ongoing R&D projects and their progress in relation to travel trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
