  • Manage and optimize company and personal LinkedIn profiles to increase visibility.
  • Develop and execute organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn network through connections and community engagement.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor trends and algorithm changes to ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Respond to inquiries and comments to maintain community engagement.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns (Connections, InMail, and Text Ads) to generate leads and drive traffic.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates..
  • Strict Compliance to attendance must be observed at all times. In case of absences, lates, and other instances that an employee may not be able to go to the office to do the shift. A proper notice must be given to the HR Department and your Supervisor/TL from the Campaign 4 hours ahead of time before the start of the shift.
  • Duties or tasks that the immediate supervisor or the Employer may assign from time to time other than those mentioned above.
