Essential Functions

● Ensure that course/program requirements are prepared.

● Monitor student count, passers, attrition, student attendance and submitting analytical

reports.

● Take charge of communicating with students regarding class concerns, grades, release

of certifications,

● classroom and venue assignments.

● Assign and reserve classrooms for scheduled programs.

● Conduct student orientations and culminating programs.

●
Prepare for Program execution:

○ Secure attendees list from sales

○ Coordinate with teachers

○ Know program details such as content and materials

○ Secure start and end dates:

○ Coordinate with sales and note changes in time, send out reminder emails,

welcome emails to participant

● Plan Orientation/Culminating Date

● Know the teacher/professor handling the course and coordinate.

● Know documents to send.

● Write, create, and revise emails then seek approval from management

● Populate Class Materials

● Load presentations, assessments on LMS or print out materials, coordinate with

partner

● institution in case of course material delivery (if applicable)

● Schedule External Exams and communicate with candidates (if applicable)

● Fill out forms

● Coordinate with sales

● Process or send documents

○ timesheets to teachers, certificates to students

● Order items needed for class such as: course packets, reviewers etc. from local and

international providers and ensure orders are delivered successfully.

● Assemble kits, course materials, welcome packets for students.

● Send out physical copies of student certificates (if applicable)

○ Serve as teacher assistant

○ Serve as QA

● Foster a positive and productive learning/work environment for both students,

teachers/staff

● Serves as a liaison between management, college and students/teachers

● Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications:

● Must be a graduate of any related course

● With 2-3 years of relevant work experience
