About the role

Supporty' is seeking an experienced Sales Coach to join our dynamic team in the Philippines.

As a Sales Coach, you will play a vital role in enhancing the performance and skills of our sales representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and achieve their sales targets. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to sales representatives to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to upskill the sales team
  • Provide feedback and guidance to help sales representatives enhance their sales techniques and customer service abilities
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to implement strategies for improving overall team performance
  • Analyse sales data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Foster a positive and motivational work environment for the sales team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Coach or in a similar role, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry
  • Excellent sales, coaching, and training skills with a proven track record of improving sales team performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members
  • Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and industry trends
