Flour, Inc., a subsidiary company managing a multinational Singaporean brand, is in need of HR Supervisor who can:

  • Supervise a team of eight (8) HR staff
  • Supervise HR processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures
  • Report directly to the Admin Manager

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • Excellent in communication skills both in written and verbal
  • Strong leadership skills, people management skills, and coaching skills
  • Displays positive attitude and works with high integrity
  • Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision

Work Setup

  • Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days work from home, 2 days rest day)
