*Oversees and directs all aspects of overall Housekeeping operations which include guest rooms, public areas, areas for sub-letting, specified back-of-the-house areas, and laundry operations.

*Exercise control and supervision over the entire  Housekeeping and linen section on constant coordination with the Branch Heads.

*Schedule and conduct routine inspection of guest rooms and all Housekeeping areas to ensure that the cleanliness and maintenance of all housekeeping areas of all branches meets the standards of Fersal Hotel.

*Conduct regular departmental meetings. Monitor the manner of dressing, hygiene, grooming habits and overall physical attributes of team members.

*Identify training needs, develop formal training plans and implements training sessions. In coordination with HR department.

*Coordinate with the Branch Managers/ Supervisors in controlling inventories of equipments, linens and uniforms, to ensure maintenance of par stocks.

*Ensure adherence to the FHG Vision and Mission.
