Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to build, enhance, and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, collaborates well with cross-functional teams, and ensures reliable, secure, and scalable application performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement new features using Ruby on Rails
  • Optimize, refactor, and maintain code for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to improve functionality and user experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API design
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Proficient in SQL for querying and data manipulation
  • Familiarity with React and TypeScript for front-end collaboration
  • Skilled in Git and version control workflows
  • Experience with unit and integration testing
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with monitoring and error tracking tools
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
