We're looking for a talented
Full-Stack Developer
who excels in both
React
and
Ruby on Rails
to take ownership of features from start to finish. This is your opportunity to work in a product-focused startup, contribute to rapid iterations, and make real impact on users from day one.

We develop cutting-edge digital platforms designed for
emerging markets
, and this role plays a key part in their ongoing expansion — especially into mobile-first experiences.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Building and maintaining robust full-stack features using
    React
    and
    Ruby on Rails
  • Engaging across the
    full development cycle
    — from concept to deployment
  • Improving app performance and proactively addressing bugs
  • Managing
    mobile app store submissions
    (Apple & Google Play)
  • Collaborating within a
    remote, time-synced team
    operating on CST hours

We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development or related roles
  • Proficiency with
    React, Ruby on Rails, HTML/CSS
    , and scalable architecture
  • Hands-on experience submitting apps to
    iOS and Android stores
  • A background in working with
    international, product-driven teams
  • A strong
    GitHub or portfolio
    showcasing clean, production-level code
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher) — written and spoken
