Job Summary
The Liaison Officer is responsible for coordinating and maintaining effective communication between the company and external parties, such as government agencies, partners, clients, and service providers. This role ensures that all documentation, permits, and requirements are processed efficiently and that the organization complies with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, including government offices, partners, and clients.
-Process, secure, and follow up on permits, licenses, clearances, and other regulatory requirements.
-Handle submissions, payments, and documentation to relevant agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
-Build and maintain positive professional relationships with external partners and offices.
-Provide updates and reports on the status of permits, compliance requirements, and related tasks.
-Perform administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and report preparation related to liaison activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
