The 
Channels Marketing Officer

is a detail-oriented and proactive team member responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across specific business channels, such as dine-in, take-home, delivery, functions, dayparts (e.g., lunch, dinner, breakfast, snack, 24-hour), and big orders. This role focuses on the hands-on implementation of campaigns, content management, and performance tracking to help maximize customer engagement and sales within each assigned channel. The Channels Marketing Officer works under the guidance of the Channels Marketing Manager and collaborates with various internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of channel-specific strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, retail, or a related field.
  • Experience with digital platforms, content management, or promotional execution is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms is an advantage.
