Client Success Manager – Australian Outsourcing

We are a growing Australian outsourcing and remote staffing firm looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with our Australian clients.

This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in BPOs or Australian outsourcing companies and understand client service delivery, offshore team coordination, and proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned Australian clients
  • Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins and reviews
  • Oversee service delivery and monitor offshore team performance
  • Ensure KPIs, deliverables, and client expectations are consistently met
  • Resolve issues proactively and coordinate with internal teams
  • Identify account growth opportunities (additional roles, hours, services)
  • Maintain accurate client records and reports in CRM (HubSpot preferred)

About You

  • 5-7 years' experience in BPO, Australian outsourcing, or remote staffing
  • Experience managing Australian, American and global clients is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • CRM experience (HubSpot an advantage)

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
