Job Title: SAP Consultant - Production Planning

We are seeking an SAP consultant with extensive experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing. The successful candidate will have experience with system configuration and master data to contribute to the development and maintenance of the operating systems of an Australian based food manufacturer.

The primary responsibility of this role is to be a key contributor to the production planning system configuration and master data (BOMs). As a secondary role the position will be supporting the on-shore production planner to develop short- and long-term plans that align inventory, production and labour to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Configuration

· Set up of master data objects

· Maintain master data objects

· Define routings for complex BOMs

· Set up and maintain PP configuration across systems (ProcessForce and SAP)

· Analysing system for efficiencies to identify gaps and propose solutions

· Ensure flow of system process steps

1. Production Planning

· Short term scheduling ensuring that inventory and service level targets are met

· Review BOM's as required

· Participate in Projects as required

Skills & Experience

· Have a detailed understanding of MRP and inventory control / management systems

· Experience in a manufacturing environment

· Implemented SAP Production Planning modules

· Experience with configuration of SAP PP or similar systems

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Experience using SAP B1 advantageous but not required

· Solid attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

Work Environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
